At Confident Smiles Dental Hygiene Boutique we follow the Ontario Dental Health Association (ODHA) fee guide which is for Dental Hygienists anywhere in Ontario.  “Cleaning” or scaling, is charged in 15 minute units.  Each person is unique in how much time it takes to clean the teeth, depending on your last visit, genetics and habits.  For a more detailed quote, we would be happy to see you for a no charge consult.

PAYMENT IS DUE IN FULL AT TIME OF SERVICES RENDERED. YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY WILL REIMBUSRSE YOU DIRECTLY.

Cancellation policy

Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you.  48 hours is required for any change or cancellation.  Insufficient notice and/ or missed appointments may incur a 50$ fee.

For your convenience we accept Cash, Interac, Visa, and MasterCard.

Insurance Assistance

Insurance companies accept billing from independent dental hygiene practices.  If you have insurance assistance we will be happy to submit your claim for you, electronically when possible, and your insurance carrier will reimburse you either by a cheque mailed to you, or deposited directly into your bank account if your company has this option.  To inquire about your insurance plan details, please contact your insurance company directly.  Due to personal information act restrictions, we are not able to request information from your insurance companies on your behalf.
